Processing time
Please allow up to 14 business days for your order to dispatch, this is to ensure we are producing and manufacturing fresh batches with the longest expiry possible. You will be notified once shipping has taken placed. Should you need your products sooner, please contact prior to ordering.
Estimated shipping times:
Australia: 3-10 business days (via regular Australia Post)
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or refunds due to the nature of the items being personal items.
Exchanges
We do not except exchange or change of mind on items once an order has been shipped.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not for damaged items. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
