▸INNER BALANCE – our Nourishing Blend is a beautiful Blue infusion that makes you feel like you travel into a Forest, excellent before bed. Floral flavour with Tangy hints and a layer of Sweetness. Packed with rich antioxidants and calmative properties, vitality and mood enhancers. (Small 6 cups, Medium 15 cups).
▸SPICE DREAM is an excellent Mid-Morning Boost or After Meal tea. A special Blend of Chai Spices and Black Tea with a Sweet and Nutty flavour. Fantastic to promote digestion and gut health. (Small 13 cups, Medium 30 cups).
▸WELL BEING – a Supporting Blend to give a boost to your Immune System and make you feel better. A Rich and Fragrant combination with a hint of zest and sweet-sour tones. ▸SERENITY – Caffeine level very low: Organic Dandelion root, Licorice, Nettle leaf, Lemon peel, Lemon Verbena, Burdock, St’Mary’s Thistle, Red Clover, Rhubarb root, Hibiscus, Calendula.
(Small 12g makes approx 6 cups, Medium 30g makes approx 15 cups).
▸INNER BALANCE – Caffeine-free: Organic Lemon Myrtle, Blue Butterfly Pea Flowers, Aniseed, Cinnamon, Rose petals.

▸SPICE DREAM -Caffeine level is Moderate – (equivalent to 1/3 cup of coffee): Organic Black Tea, Cinnamon, Ginger, Cloves, Star Anise, Cardamom, Fennel, Licorice.
(Small 25g makes approx 13 cups, Medium 60g makes approx 30 cups).
▸WELL BEING – Caffeine-free: Organic Ginger Root, Olive Leaf, Rosehip, Echinacea, Elderflower, Elderberries.

How to use
▸Brew 1tsp of tea covered for 5-8 minutes, sweeten if desired.
▸Enjoy hot o cold adding some ice for a refreshing drink. Just double the quantity of loose tea if drinking cold.
▸Try adding a squeeze of lemon to turn the Blue Blend (Inner Balance) into purple!
▸Our Spice Blend is fantastic to brew with your choice of milk to make a Chai Latte.

Passionate about creating Toxin-Free products for my family and running the stay-at-home mum hat, I started experimenting in my kitchen lab until I was able to replace the nasty ingredients we read on labels for one Natural list 🌱.. feeling the difference in my skin, emotions, and actually connecting with the everyday products I was using.

Vegan Friendly and Organic when possible.
All our products are handmade in Brisbane in small batches by me, using the purest ingredients with rich skin-loving benefits, that will tune your body and soul into relaxation mode.
