Orders normally take 1-2 business days to pack and send. Please allow longer during sale periods and peak season. Any claims must be made in writing within 7 days of receiving the order. Pack sizes are final and cannot be altered. We have formulated our bath and body products to suit sensitive skin. We do recommend these products are not used during flare up however.
