Policies
Orders normally take 1-2 business days to pack and send. Please allow longer during sale periods and peak season. Any claims must be made in writing within 7 days of receiving the order. Pack sizes are final and cannot be altered. We have formulated our bath and body products to suit sensitive skin. We do recommend these products are not used during flare up however. Products may still cause irritation for some individuals so try at your own risk. We advise against children using our scrubs as the exfoliant is too coarse for their skin.
