SKINNY TEA SCIENCE (On a serious note)
Known for its ability to inhibit an enzyme complex called fatty acid synthase (FAS), which is linked to obesity, scientific tests have shown that regular consumption of Pu-erh helps to eliminate fatty deposits, prevent weight gain and lower cholesterol. Pu-erh has a distinctive earthy and robust flavour. By blending it with carefully selected herbs we’ve created a solid, savoury tea which helps to reduce appetite and sugar cravings. Cardamom, cloves and ginger kick start your metabolism. Dandelion root, hawthorn, cocoa, nettle and alfalfa act as nature’s finest digestive agents to help you feel light as a feather again.
Brew: Infuse 1 teaspoon of Skinny Tea per cup (250ml) in 100° C water for 3-5 minutes. Drink at least 2 cups of Skinny Pu-erh per day, 30 minutes to an hour after eating. You may re-infuse your tea leaves.
